Never ever order from them....wish there was a negative star rating

Ordered an e-gift card from them on 7/24. My credit card was charged within 30 minutes of the transaction. Four (4) days later the e-gift card has not been sent. Called customer service (very poor) and was told it takes them 2-3 business days to process an e gift card. They had a "oh well" thanks for calling p poor attitude. I'll never order from them again.
