What I disliked was the lack of one-to-one human support (i.e. contacting a trainer/adviser either by telephone or even live chat) to ask for advised/guidance during my trickier times when I wasn't fully clear on the material. The very best that was available were either group zoom sessions, where the trainer had to quickly answer everyone's questions, but nothing in proper depth, recordings of past group zoom sessions or leaving a contact request on Skillsoft, which would be answered in a day or two. There were customer support agents one could call via phone (if they were reachable at the time) who were helpful, but unfortunately did not have knowledge of the study material. As a result had source my own one-to-one tutors myself to help me through the tricky parts. This is something Learning People would need to work on.
