Absolutely faultless service…
Absolutely faultless service throughout. I initially contacted them via the web form on their website to enquire about a Nomos watch. I received a message back with a WhatsApp link, which I made use of. I spoke with Matt who answered all of my questions, of which there were many. He replied with all the information I needed and more. The watch was sourced from Europe and in their hands the next day. They sent me photos when the watch had been received. I opted to collect the watch from their London boutique. I was dealt with by Kibria, who was also fantastic. He made sure I was entirely happy with my purchase and we had a good chat about watches and the often nerve racking process of buying a watch in general. They say if a watch price is to good to be true, it probably is. Not in this instance. Genuine product, with the original warranty in place. Best watch buying experience I've had. Thanks.
