No support after receiving parking charge notice whilst using the gym
My father received a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) whilst using the Ilford Nuffield gym where he is entitled to 2 hours free parking. Despite proving he was at the gym that day with a screenshot of entry, the appeal to the parking company was rejected. I have struggled to get Nuffield Health to step in to support as they have the agreement with the parking company for their members to use that car park. I've emailed Nuffield Health customer relations team on 24th May, received a short response from the branch manager saying they can not assist with no explanation on 3rd June. I sent a follow-up complaint on 9th June and still have had no response two weeks later (23rd June). My father strongly believes he entered his registration plate into the validation system but acknowledges the possibility of a typo or submission error, particularly given his age (77) using electronic validation. My father is also an employee of Nuffield Health (at a different location), so incredibly disappointed with how he has been treated with this matter.
