Under quoted the repair cost and foisted with an extra 20% to pay.
Really irritates me when you buy something from a retailer and it becomes faulty. You take the item back for repair (which should have been under guarantee.........but of course, they wheedle out of). You hear nothing for a couple weeks until you phone them expecting it to be ready for collection, only to be told nothing has been done except the quote for the repair and "would I like to proceed". Well of course, I have been without my item for a couple weeks already and don't want to waste more time going elsewhere. Two or three weeks later, I get a call telling me the item is ready. I go in to take collection and they then say they didn't include the VAT when they quoted the repair cost. I feel robbed of 20%.
