Exceptional Customer service 5***
Exceptional Customer service and lovely guys. I was advised to arrive at 10am so that all finance paperwork can be processed in time however i arrived at 4pm due to an incident on the way causing huge delays. Once i arrived the salesman already had all the paperwork ready for me to read and sign. Once all the paperwork was submitted the salesman called the finance company to explain what happened and that i had come all the way from London and that he didn't want me to have to make another trip. The finance company agreed to push this through as urgent however it still meant HML Motors had to stay open till 6.30pm even though they close at 5.30pm. They went above and beyond with the customer service and the car is exceptional. A very big thank you for making it stress free. You definitely went above and beyond and i buy a lot of cars and your service has been the best by far. I will definitely see you again and recommend to all friends and family. A huge 5*****
