Meaningless after sale support
I ordered a tent online and received it reasonably quickly. Unfortunately there was a faulty part. After many phone calls and emails chasing up a decision, they agreed that it should be returned and refunded. Then more phone calls and emails chasing up the courier. Which then never arrived and were uncontactable. Totally frustrated after numerous meaningless promises, I waited until lockdown eased and then returned to store… 10+ weeks after initially raising the issue.
