They just love to have your money !!!!
They just love to have your money and don’t want to refund you after you leave. After calls nothing happened and so I raised a complaint and got an apology and promised it was sorted and would have a refund within 10-13 working days but still nothing over 25 working days later. And was told as they have sorted it the complaint is closed. Crazy as refund was the complaint which I haven’t received. I left economy energy back in July. Kara only replies to reviews but never replies or looks into it if you use email that Kara posts after every poor review.
