Something not right with the company!
I ordered a futon from this company about 2-3 weeks ago. I contacted them two weeks later wanting to know when I could expect to receive my product. They told me my order needed to be authenticated. When I asked what that was supposed to mean they said they would charge a small amount to my card and I needed to approve it which I have NEVER heard of. I tried calling and there is no customer service supposedly due to COVID. I could not get my questions answered. Something is not right with this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ended up cancelling mine.
