Kicked out Dundee hotel Room got booked for 2 18…
Dundee hotel Room got booked for 2 18 year olds and 2 17 year olds for 1 night they traveled 50 miles for a school prom They got booked in ok but on returning at 11.30 that night they got put on to the streets as they could not provide ID of their age with no place to stay or get home. To which I had to drive 100 mile round trip to collect them This is an absolute disgrace as website clearly says your safety is our priority!!! This clearly was not your priority Will definitely never use this chain again
