Fraudulent charges, buyer beware

Buyer beware! This company is stealing money from me. I was a Sprint customer and then they merged with T-Mobile last year. I switched to Verizon in November. T-Mobile has charged me in December and January (almost $300 in fraudulent charges). No prior warning or invoices. No explanation. After the first unexplained charge, I called in and was assured it was just the final charge for service provided in November. They assured me that I didn't need to return my device since it was paid off. Understandable, but it's concerning that they said I couldn't have an invoice since I wasn't actually a customer. In fact, their customer support team has denied me any explanation, stating that I don't have a T-Mobile account. Conveniently, while they have blocked me out of their system, they still kept my bank account information on file so they can continue to take money. They randomly took $173 out of my account yesterday. I called support to ask why and they said they can't help me because I don't have an account number. I asked how to get an account number and they said that I can't get one because I am not a customer. So they have me stuck in a frustrating loop here.
