Received after near 2 months delay and lack of communication, but product looks good
EDIT: Received the product yesterday and honestly it does match expectations, updated to 3 star, might end up with more. So a company with a great product but huge needs for improvement in other areas. First time I put a review in trustpilot but also probably my worst buying experience. Paid upfront in May 15th, expected delivery early July what was a bit late given I wanted this mostly for summer, but ok. Started receiving emails delaying delivery from July, until August when they altogether stopped informing of what’s happening, when will I receive the product or what can I do. No answers from customer service (well there are answers from AI, and a guy who supposedly looking into it since a while back and who doesn’t answer anymore). And to make all even more of a joke, they send me a month ago or so a survey of how my membership was going, if I enjoy it. So that means first my membership is active and I haven’t received product (so paying for nothing) and second these people have no idea who is using this or who already have it. All a joke, I should have checked here before but got lulled by the good reviews online (who obviously don’t have to deal with the terrible customer service)
