It works and the support is excellent when you need it (only once needed in 4 years). The question at the bottom of this form is stupid! It means that if you haven't had anything going wrong, you can't say the service is great, which is not helpful when rating a utility. Please pay more attention to the design of your surveys or else TrustPilot will have to have a one star rating!
