Truly Unprofessional way to handle calls
This review is for the way telephone calls are managed by the bank. Firstly, trying to call the branch on the number where they called me from doesnt take me to a branch but it took me to someone I presume working from home who just woke up and had me on loud speaker. After 17 minutes of the phone ringing, when the lady did pick the phone up I had to repeat myself many times for herto understand what I was trying to say and that a minor issue needs to be sorted. She just put me back to the start on the process without any good reason. Pathetic service of a business customer paying many hundreds in service charges each month.
