Ordering and quality fine, delivery service poor
The quality of the items received was good and I am overall happy with the purchase, but the delivery service was poor. I found that the experience of receiving the furniture very frustrating. The automated delivery slot booking service only gives advance notice of a couple of days, and for items such as furniture where it needs to be delivered inside (not left with a neighbor or outside), it means that planning is virtually impossible for those working during the week and not willing/able to take time off at short notice. It resulted in repeated phone calls to the office and a lack of coordination - overall very frustrating and time consuming. I wasn't happy with the service I received, but I do believe my experience was not necessarily the norm, as my discussions with customer services afterwards were constructive to my criticisms and clearly they understood what went wrong and that it was unacceptable in my case.
