Flight changed
Flight changed, support nonexistent My flight was rescheduled from 15:25 to 03:10 the next day — with all the hassle that comes with it: extended parking, hotel stay, and disrupted plans. Online check-in didn’t work, and at the airport, no one cared. I was told: “pay €60 or step aside.” Great service. Trying to get this sorted? Forget it. After 6 weeks my support ticket was closed, telling me to fill in another type of form. Did that, only to get a few generic replies before they closed it again. Asked to reopen it, the request was deleted. Now trying again. This airline clearly doesn't take responsibility or care about its passengers once they have your money. Avoid if you expect even basic customer service when things go wrong. EDIT: See the nice reply below... I did all the this as explained above... Still you reply as you would be helpfull... You really make a mess of this. O and by the way This was for my holiday in April. For my summer holiday you did the same. Changed my flight from 06:00 to 14:00... We arrive a bit later then planned :) why not
