I recently bought a pair of Keen sandals on line from Anaconda - I thought I'd pick a larger size (11) but, they were too tight... I went into Townsville Anaconda and the fellows there bent over backwards to help - trying on a larger size (12) to no avail - yet, I was allowed to swap those sandals for a pair that were fully adjustable. They were flat out, yet they still helped me - Good Show! Willy A. I'd say that made me very satisfied with their Efforts.
