Transfer, what transfer?!
After a long flight, that was delayed, to find that the transfer/s booked were not in existence, despite all the paperwork and reference numbers etc. Because it was late, had no choice but to take a taxi to get to hotel. Not the best start to a relaxing holiday! I now have to do all the chasing to get a refund / costs reimbursed in the morning instead of just worrying about what to have for breakfast.
