Worst place ever to buy anything from…
Worst place ever to buy anything from them. I got to wait 30 minutes to wait for 5 ladies to try to process my order. Once placed I got yo know on 8th the delivery date that the phone number they put in was incorrect and as per (customer no service ) that's the reason why it wasn't delivered.. anywho I was scheduled for 15th May and this time I gave correct number to najwa and she said it'll be delivered for sure. Now yesterday I called them to ask at 1pm if they will deliver today or not. They said our delivery slot is 2 to 6 and I will receive it. At 6:30 I called them again and it was najwa again so I asked her where is my order and she repeated the same lie that the driver was calling and you didn't pick up. And I told her to send me her WhatsApp where I can send her the screenshot of my mobile that there's no calls from them or their delivery guy. And there's not even a single call that I missed. Instead of calling the driver making him deliver she was making me responsible for something that never occurred. They just take order and get them from cheap places hence they themselves aren't sure when the orders coming to use and just make up these stories. I don't recommend to anyone who has precious time and mental health to waste on them to track your order and talk to customer service which is only for blaming customers and not providing service to customers at all.
