Diabolical service!
Placed an online order for equipment, 5 days ago. Went to local branch to collect (collection address on the invoice), they had no knowledge of it. Could see it on their system but not for them to supply and did not have in stock anyway. Given customer services No in Manchester. Spent 15mins initially on hold before it went dead, then another hour before someone answered who then put me on hold, it went dead again! Now spent another hour on hold!! This is about the worse service I think I have ever had from a Co like this, diabolical and has cost me half a day on a job already. Stay well clear of this lot, won’t use again and I recommend no one else does!! I write in reply to HSS reply: Your apology is all well and good but in this trade, ‘Time Is Money’ and this poor service, whatever the excuse, is simply not good enough. It cost me half a day and extra money as walk in prices are higher than online pre book. An offer of compensation would be more fitting than hollow promises to do better.
