Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. After placing my order, I was contacted straight away and told that one of the items was out of stock. Instead of just cancelling or leaving me hanging, they let me choose a different hoodie and sent me a free gift 🖤 The communication was fast, friendly, and genuine — you can really tell they care about their customers.
