Sheen's of Clacton really are fantastic. Their outstanding staff are knowledgable and efficient, friendly, supportive and patient. Recently returned from many years living in South Africa, we were total novices to the UK process of house purchase. Gary in Clacton answered our every question and got back to us quickly with answers to our queries. And finally when on our way to their office to take transfer, we were unlucky enough to drop our car keys down a storm drain right outside the office, Lee phoned every council department he could think of for assistance (without success) but managed to contact their own handy-man to come to our rescue with a very large and powerful magnet. Truly going beyond the call of duty! Thank you to all of the staff in Clacton office - you are the very best !! Noel and Ruth
