I no longer trust iDrive with my data

I am very unsure about iDrive... they promise a refund of my annual backup fee by leaving a review on this site. I did that, and was then forced to complete a very probing questionnaire, which I did, and my review was accepted and posted here! However, I cannot get past the "You need the code". This stole my trust of iDrive, so I asked 3 times for a refund via email (as I am within my trial period), yet iDrive ignores my emails, and sends out form emails. NOPE... so I reversed my CC payment. I cannot trust my data storage to a company who plays games like this with their customers. Who does that?
