Dissapointing experience
Had the most frustrating experience. The product got stuck in customs. Then UPS demanded a near £150 fee. Had about 16 mails from UPS and just as many text messages. Had to call Snusdirect in Sweden about 5 times to chase the packet. They didn’t call back to update as promised. I had ordered in good time for a trip to Australia (3 weeks before). Didn’t get it in the end. Asked if Snusdirect could help me out somehow, but they couldn’t. Showed no flexibility or willingness to help out. I feel I have wasted a lot of time an energy on this for nothing. Dissapointing.
