Customer support gets a 10!
This is my first e-sim and I installed one for myself and one for my wife, both incorrectly. My wife emailed customer support, got an immediate autoreply, then a human reply in a few hours sending her a new installation link and everything went swimmingly from that point. I started a chat with customer support, got a human agent immediately who sent me a new installation link which I installed through the app in minutes. Two great customer support experiences - they get a 10!
