Great product and worth the money
I can't give 5 stars because I haven't had to do a large restore and hope I never have to. However, for the ease of install on multiple machines, the price and the amount of storage, I think it's a great deal. I've used another couple services and my 30 day trial expired before the first backup was complete. Following the first backup, I can see all the files in the backup set so if I want to restore a single (or multiple) file or folder, it's very simple. Incremental backups occur over night for me so I just see a message the next day that it's completed. Overall, it seems to be a great product.
