Timely and professional
These fellas did their job to an outstanding degree..My bike went from South Dakota to Kansas(my doorstep) all within 7 days. No damage at all. If I had to give any constructive criticism it would go directly to Danny in customer service..I could have just caught him on a bad day but he did not seem happy to be at work or on the phone with me at all which as a person spending a grand for a service is disheartening. Nonetheless, what matters is these guys did a great job overall.
