My opinion " dodgee"
Emailed their Sydney Australia office seeking clarification on an assessment, found their response to be evasive, deceptive and threatening. basically , shut up, pay up or we will see you in court attitude. Not nice people to deal with, I definitely would not trust them in a time of crisis.
