Vabali can thank its rude front house…
Vabali can thank its rude front house staff for this one star review. I received a military style service from the female receptionist on entrance because i walked over the “please wait here” signe by one meter when there was no one else in the whole place other than one guy in front. After I complained that her tone was rude and not deservant of a place where you come to relax the other staff member conditioned my entrance to the spa. When I asked to speak to the manager he first LIED that there is no manager, then when i insisted on it, the manager came out to tell me I wont be let in. So, first they were rude to a customer and then when they received a complaint about their rude tone they removed me. Talking about bad customer service. If you like rules and like to be mistreated, this is a place for you.
