Careless and impossible customer service

I ordered a futon frame to arrive in early July because we were moving and I wanted it sent to the right house. I sent several customer service emails about how long this specific product would take to arrive, so it would arrive at the right time. They looked it up, supposedly. "2-4 business days to process order" and "5-7 business days shipping." Fine. Except I ordered, and then nothing happened. No shipping confirmation, though the charge was on my credit card. Twice, after sitting on hold 15 minutes, I got someone on the phone, both of whom tried to tell me 4 business days hadn't passed yet. (Not true.) One said: "It's probably already shipped and something happened to the email because of the 4th of July." Third try, I said: "Can you please check with the warehouse." Then I got a form letter email telling me the item wouldn't be available for 3 months. This might not sound like a huge problem to you, but I'd made most other decorating decisions bases on that frame style, and not having a place to sit down for 3 months IS a big problem. No apology, nothing.
