Appallingly poor customer service and technical faults
I have been a customer since I ordered my sim on the 8th of April. I am unable to use the app to login because my iccid for my number doesn't work although i typed it right. I can't login normally as I haven't switched lyca numbers either yet i bought a new one and planned to leave a family lyca plan. Lastly my esim doesn't work and directs me to an oasis sim link. I needed help, especially as i will be paying for this service and am struggling to set this up. My esim doesn't work. This unprofessional woman cut the call and threatened a termination bill instead of helping me. Of you don't read my previous emails and resolve this I will report you and complain about your poor service. I refuse to pay when you do not help me as a customer. I used a current lyca number because my new number that I ordered did not work when I tried to login several times and now the app doesn't even work. So if I want to leave the plan because no advisor helps me I should pay a cancellation fee? You people are not helping me yet I'll be billed for a service I wasn't helped with in order to use on the 5th of May. No one responds to my emails and I have waited for weeks just for a sim "delivery" that wasn't confirmed and my esim redirected me to oasis which isn't even lyca. The staff are rude, unhelpful especially one man and a woman named trisha/kleesha or however you spell it. They have mishandled a customer and refuse to help me yet they will want to charge me money if I decided to leave which I can't do just like how I can't activate my esim because of a faulty link and their app doesn't let me login or sign in because my esim doesn't work. Nobody helped me and they want my money, but I don't see the logic here although I am on a longer term unlimited plan which can't be activated due to poor service. Its taken a few calls and several ignored emails so I will write this review to raise awareness. I refuse to be scammed by lyca and their advisors, I have tried my best with them in a polite manner but have lost all patience because of the stress associated with losing money over a plan that wasn't successfully activated because of their technical issues that they refuse to resolve. I will take my business elsewhere from now on as they have taken me for a joke. The reference number I will add is for the account where I face issues.
