Destroyed boxes
My last 3 boxes have been delivered soaking wet. This week not only was wet , the box was destroyed , the ice packs were split open, the food was out of the bags and the coolant was all over.

Anniversary saved
Because of the caring and professionalism of Irish Tourism and in particular Julie Prior our 40th anniversary celebration in Ireland was saved from disaster. Through no fault of theirs our trip started with a 36 hour delay due to the airline, and lost luggage for 5 out of 8 days. Irish Tourism took care of everything to perfection cancelling prepaid tours, contacting rental car companies, hotels and restaurants. They kept in constant contact with us as well as our hosts making what could have been a disaster a memorable vacation. I start every conversation with people thinking about going to Ireland singing the praises of Irish Tourism. We are planning on retiring to Ireland and won’t go without first contacting Julie and Irish Tourism .
