Bloody awful
Bloody awful! Didn't recognise the booking number so couldnt check in. Eventually it did. Then had to pay for seats, could not continue without purchasing seats, even when the free ones hadn't been allocated. It asked how many adults, people over 12 being classed as adult. Then there was only option of Mr and Mrs, no Miss, Ms, just Mrs. So my two un married young daughters had to go down as Mrs. Total crap!
