I’ve used Vendi twice over the last 3-4…
I’ve used Vendi twice over the last 3-4 years, with the most recent transaction being in 2022. Both experiences have been positive. When I sold my iPhone, I made sure it met all the specified criteria and was in perfect condition, and each time I received the exact amount quoted. Most recently, I sold an iPhone 15 Pro Max in pristine condition, once again ensuring it met the criteria. I sent it via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and Vendi received and inspected it today. The process went smoothly, and I was paid the exact amount I was quoted. Overall, I can’t fault Vendi's service – everything has gone as expected. I’ve seen several negative reviews about them, and while I’m not dismissing them, I do wonder if I’ve just been lucky, or if some of the issues stem from problems with testing and price adjustments on their end. For me, I’ve had no issues, but I’ve only ever sold perfect condition iPhones and haven’t purchased anything from Vendi.
