I bought a customer returned zombie for 25 pounds cheaper but unfortunately it was faulty. Joyo immediately sent a brand new unit next day! The customer service was second to none. When I rang them to explain what was wrong the chap was very attentive and apologetic. The new amp was fantastic,punches well above it's weight. I couldn't recommend joyo products enough. Simply fantastic!
