I ordered a vape online it arrived on time and I was happy, until it came in a open box the vape was not working properly the oil was coming out so I phoned them up they told me to return the vape and they will pay the post, they phone me to say that the vape is working fine they think it was the coil it need to be replaced, the point is I bought a kit how was I to know it's the coil, so they are sending it back to me and should of cost me,€39 now 49 because they are not paying for my post made think it was my fault but yet the sold me a kit and coil wasn't working I wasn't happy with the way they handle things they said if It was manufactured fault they would pay me post but because it's the coil not there problem but they sold me kit if they had of said it's the coil I wouldn't of sent it back I will not be ordering from that place again and the coil is a part of the kit you can't vape with out one I asked them to replace it with a different vape and to use the post money to make up the difference but that wasn't happening all I can say horrible
