Speedy efficient eSIM service from Jetpac
Bought 3 packs for up coming holiday to the USA. Had been in touch with Verizon but was essentially told to go to a shop on arrival in US or reach out to them on the web. Doh!! How do you do that Enter Jetpac did a search on comparison site and Jetpac came out top as recommended. Thought I would give them a go. I’ve travelled a bit in Africa in recent years for work so have relied on esims a few times. The Jetpac experience has so far been so much less hassle. Bought 3 packs on the site. Download the app. App allows you to assign to yourself and to whoever you like via email. They get and email download the app and eSIM installation and activation is a breeze. I had a slight issue as assigned my sons via Google account which was supervised. Contacted Jetpac support and thought this might take a day or two. Was directed to WhatsApp support. Operator was knowledgeable and helpful had reverted my sons eSIM back to my account and suggested using an alternative email to avoid issues with google family link. Worked like a charm. 10 minutes on chat support issue sorted. Waited online for me to update if it had been successful. Great service so far. Will report back on eSIM service and reliability once we return from the US Many thanks so far Jetpac.
