AVOID THIS COMPANY … Absolutely disgusted with this business. My order was placed months ago and it needed to be replaced. A replacement was sent but not correctly made, personalised or even the right material. Second replacement sent with all the same issues above and this time a completely wrong shape also. Finally they offered me a refund that was weeks ago, now they're ignoring my emails....Absolutely shocking customer service....AVOID AVOID AVOID
