Go next door to Joe & The Juice instead. Not worth the hassle.
This is regarding the store just off of Market Street in Manchester City Centre. This is the 2nd time I've been now & the service is always ridiculously slow - waiting around for around 20 to 30 minutes for a soft serve ice cream or a hot drink is crazy when you're located next door to a Joe & The Juice, which is always amazing. The first time my partner & I went, we ordered cold chocolate shakes, which took roughly 25 minutes if I'm being kind. The staff noticed how long we'd been waiting & we didn't even have to mention it as they gave us a refund, apologised for our long wait & we left feeling okay, but still not impressed. It was a sunny day today, so we thought we'd give it a 2nd chance & get a soft serve ice cream & a sundae. It took over 20 minutes, yet again, nobody came to check on us & then one of the items was totally incorrect. When this was pointed out, the girl was really rude & arsey, chucked the incorrect one in the bin & told us it wasn't a big deal & then brought out the right one. Won't be coming back now as the soft serve was nice, but nowhere near worth the price, time or patience to deal with such low standards to hire someone so abhorrently rude. 0/10 - save your money, time, patience & health - go next door to Joe & The Juice instead.
