From the very first telephone conversation with Ashley Nolan I have felt completely at ease, he couldn't be more patient, empathetic and supportive than he has been. I am acting on behalf of my father after he was involved in horrendous Motorcycle accident last July and he is still recuperating but thankfully now at home. Ashley has been fantastic throughout the claim process, updating me on a regular basis whilst making sure I fully understand the legalities and next stages. The level of understanding, patients and expertise Ashley has shown towards my parents when conducting a home visit has been fantastic as my parents do get very confused and overwhelmed with anything to do with the case. We as a family feel that Ashley is doing all he can to obtain the best possible outcome for my fathers claim.
