Absolutely shocking customer care
Absolutely shocking customer care. The price tag seemed perfect but what money you save, shows in lack of organisation and poor customer care. I was promised my sofa - over varying emails and phone calls - the back end of 2 different weeks. I booked time off work and rescheduled my Saturdays to organise. We sold our old sofa with the 2nd week promises, that it was confirmed it would be delivered the end of this week after id already been told it would be the week before. I had to chase up continously over the phone as they don't have the facility to call you directly. And as polite as they are they dance around answers over emails. I don't think I've ever had as much stress trying to get a piece of furniture in my life. Id rather there was no false promises and a realistic answer was given so I didn't lose so much money taking time off work and waste so much time waiting for a phone call that didn't come. I would suggest you pay the extra money with bigger companies. There is a real lack of communication and control between your customer service team and transport team.
