Move mangers are excellent.
I have to say that the move team, Liz and Lisa are incredible, an asset to their organisation. They are on it! We had such a slow, tricky buyer and they were just always on it and supportive - exactly what you need when you’re stressed out! They come across as two individuals that really want to do a great job. Our main 2 sales professionals were also great when we reached out to them. In particular Stacey. She is such a natural, kind hearted member of staff, that I feel should be running her own branch or working for herself, she is so capable and I really like how she took the time to get to know the property and show case it. Her viewings were always thorough. The not so positives, communication and the portal. It takes away the customer facing expect of it and sometimes you just want a human and the company is becoming to reliant on this. The branch manager was unprofessional at times, ignored messages and when I wanted to work through certain points, far too much time was spent moving about our previous agents and why Ocean are better. I knew that, hence why I went with Ocean, we just didn’t need to hear that all the time. Instead I felt opportunities were missed to show case why Ocean were great. Luckily, Stacey, Jess, Liz and Lisa were just such an asset to their company. Well done to them for showcasing their business in the best light possible and I hope they have successful careers.
