Utterly useless
Utterly useless - do yourself a favor and avoid this company!! I ordered 4 ply floorboards, but got 4 chipboard sheets (all badly damaged, but that's by the by). They collected the wrong ones and delivered only 3 of the rights ones. They told me the last one was on its way, and confirmed it was still coming after I waited in for it... It never arrived. To shorten a long and tedious story; 7 weeks, several phonecalls and many emails later and I still have a hole where my floor is supposed to be and they've stopped replying to my messages. EDIT - after leaving this review I received a refund...for the one missing board. Not much use when I can't find a matching board and need to replace the whole lot, and pay for delivery again! ANOTHER EDIT (!) - they have now reached out to refund the delivery charge.
