Overall good company
I think the company are good with helpful communications prior to arriving. It's true there is a shuttle bus from the airport to their pick up area though somehow, even though I followed their video and stood in the right place, I had to go back into the airport after 20 minutes to get WiFi so I could phone and say I was waiting. Not sure if this was my or their error. I would have liked a little bit more handover re: the car because I am not an experienced driver abroad and have a manual 22 yr old car in UK so the modern bells and whistles ones are a bit daunting at first. I did get help eventually after I asked. Overall, would still recommend this company.
