I would not use any other travel agent. Twice Southall travel has beat its competitors for me. This occasion I had Sebi helping me, my friend and I had a moderate size group travelling for a package holiday, and we had a budget but with specifications. We had Sebi assisting us, throughout we found him to be patient, understanding and helpful. At no point did he get flustered or irritable with us, despite our annoying requests 😃 He’s unique 😊
