I do not recommend this company if you have the opportunity to buy a water softener somewhere else, do it I bought a water softener from ewt 3 years ago and you know how it is at the beginning when you spend 1000 euros everything is great but later the customer service is very bad.... 2nd year asking for service for a month, finally someone comes, does the service but did something wrong and after 2 weeks they send another one 3rd year a service technician comes, does the service but sets something wrong and pours water out of the water softener, another one comes after some time, sets almost everything because it did not restart the water softener and after a month the alarm goes off .... my girlfriend calls them, they help to restart over the phone but after another month we check the water and somehow it is the worst ever ..... and so for 3 weeks we have been trying to contact them but to no avail ....
