My team is great!
I am very happy with my experience with Form. I work with Brooke M and Kaci O. and they are WONDERFUL. Kaci is the nutritionist and she keeps me honest - it's what I need. Brooke is the PA and she listens to me and is very responsive to my concerns. I think this program is great. I would definitely recommend it.
