Customer service not great
I had some trouble being able to talk to customer service, everything is online. My order was still in production a few days after the expected delivery date so please order east early so you make sure you get the product on time. The people running the online chat were not helpful and answers were very robotic. There was no rush to try to get my product to me after it was late. It wasn’t until I complained and made a bad review on a Facebook post where someone from marketing contacted me and got me to the right people to expedite my order. The shirts were delivered shoved in a tiny box right after being pressed so they were wrinkled in the logos and numbers and I had to put them in a heat press to straighten out the logos and wrinkled
