State the price…
Won’t use purely from the deliberately convoluted process of which you are selling your courses. You funnel me and my information to get the price guide, the price guide is then deliberately obtuse and won’t list the total cost and only provides a monthly with no total contact duration. Is it that complex to just list the price of the course? Luckily the Study Active one is listed in plain English and very easy for me to assess the affordability. I don’t need one of your hired closers repeatedly contacting me to get your deal over the line. I’m sure it is very successful and congratulations to yourselves, but stop treating myself and customers like idiots and just tell me how much the course costs… - you can justify the response with as many fancy corporate words as you like, it doesn’t change the point of my review nor does it change the sales strategy that you are employing if you label it with a fancy team name to make it seem less salesy. Just tell me the price of the course and I’ll do my own research as to whether it is justified compared to several of the other providers. Anyway, congratulations on the success.
