Exactly what I needed
Mr. Piotrowski gave me advice, pointed out weaknesses in my rental agreement, and provided a way going forward for me to be in the best legal standing. He also cited specific civil codes for me read up on to get more details. This is exactly what I needed out of a consultation. He is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced in this matter. As we know, Los Angeles has some very strict landlord-tenant laws which heavily favor the tenant (yes, even the “bad” ones). The point is that I feel very much at ease and secure about my situation because of his thorough and easy to understand explanations. This is basically exactly what I needed from a consultation call.
